My photography and videography packages generally service the North East and Cumbria but I'm more than happy to travel further afield and I regular cover areas such as York, Leeds, Chester, Scotland and Barnsley so distance really is no problem!

I'm happy to take bookings for anytime in the future and it's not uncommon for my clients to book 2+ years in the future. Feel free to let me know your date and I can check availability and schedule an appointment.

​Official Terms and Conditions protect both the client and company and you'll receive a full copy of these before booking. If you're happy with them (they're perfectly reasonable!) then we can both go ahead and look forward to planning your perfect day!

You can pay for your package via online payment (bank transfer) which is my preferred method. In exceptional cases I can also accept cash on the day of your function. All I ask is that you pay a small 20% booking fee in advance to secure your date and demonstrate good faith. This fee is included in your quote; there's nothing extra to add and I'll always supply you with a full receipt and invoice.

Absolutely, and you'll also receive a copy of my Terms & Conditions before you book. I feel that it's essential that you know exactly what you're booking so that you're delighted with the package you receive.

A major concern for prospective clients but you don't need to worry! I aim to get a proof delivered to you within a week and your final product within a month but often sooner. A comprehensive idea of timings will be included when you book.

I shoot in 4k/UHD for top-quality results. Media is optimised for playback on a computer, DVD/Blu Ray, or any other format you have in mind. We'll discuss these options when you book me.

Absolutely, I want to create art that's perfect for every customer and we all have different tastes and needs. We'll discuss your exact needs at a consultation.

My superb Selfie Wizard or Projection Service allows me to upload a sample of the best shots taken so that your friends and family can see them on a big screen on the day of your wedding!

I keep a record of you name, address, phone number, email address and event details in accordance with GDPR Policy . I don't pass it on to any 3rd parties and it's all securely stored on my servers and business email.

I use this data to confirm and handle your enquiry, booking and media delivery.

I can also use it to send you special offers, send examples of your media, and to get post-event feedback. If you'd prefer I remove all data after the completion of a booking, just ask.

From time-to-time I may use your photos and video on my website or for other promotional use.

I also keep a backup of photos/videos taken. This enables you to receive a copy of your photos/video in the future if the worst happens and you somehow lose them! If you'd prefer I didn't do this then again, you only have to ask.

I'll also upload images to my Facebook and other social media pages to enable your friends and family to see them and to be tagged in them. This is incredibly popular but you're welcome to ask that I don't do this before booking.
